Ask a geek what they want for Christmas, and you'll probably hear the last item on their list by Easter. If you're lucky. That's pretty much how long my list is anyway! Of course, that doesn't make picking presents any easier, so I asked around a few colleagues at Geek Squad HQ to see if they'd seen anything recently that they would put on their present lists. Here's what they came up with!

Bop it! Tetris game - Argos

Bop it! is an electronic game which has been around in various guises for quite a while now, but the Tetris version is very much a new development. Keeping up with the commands is simple at first, but as the game progresses, it speeds up. With hundreds of puzzles to complete, and a game you can play individually or in a group, it's ridiculously engaging and suitable for anyone aged 8 and up. But chances are, if you play against an average 8 year old these days, you'll lose!

Doctor Who USB Hub - Amazon
Whether you're old enough to remember the classic BBC series or you're a relatively new fan of Gallifrey's most famous son, the TARDIS will be a familiar sight. Now you can have your very own miniature Police Box in the guise of a 4-way USB hub. At 17cm tall, it's big enough to tell everyone what a fan you are, but not so big that it takes over half your desk!

Cooking For Geeks - Amazon
More than just a book of recipes , this great book combines the art of cookery with the science behind it. Discover new ways of cooking familiar foods, why different foods are baked at different temperatures, and find out how long it takes to cook a pizza if the oven is 'overclocked' to 1000F/540C! Jeff Potter's book is great for science geeks as well as those who know their way around a kitchen, and contributors including knife experts, food scientists and chemists make for a very interesting cookery book!

Star Trek Pizza Cutter - Firebox
If ever there was an iconic spaceship design which lent itself to being used as the basis for a kitchen implement, it's the Starship Enterprise. Its saucer section makes the perfect pizza cutter, making this a must-buy - and I don't even eat pizza! Throw in the 'Slice me up, Scotty' tagline, and Firebox is surely onto a winner!
Darth Vader Onesie - FindMeAGift
The onesie has gained almost cult status over the last few years, with a huge range of styles and sizes available. The majority I have seen are styled after cartoon characters, but one of our Agents pointed me in the direction of this bad boy - the Darth Vader onesie! If you have access to a Vader-style helmet, it would probably make great fancy dress, as well as a practical piece of lounge wear. The fleece is strong with this one...

Logitech Multi-device Keyboard - Amazon
Aimed at the Apple Geeks, this Bluetooth keyboard is pretty unique in that you can pair it with multiple devices and then switch instantly between them without having to re-pair, or change any settings. Simply tap the F1, F2 or F3 on the keyboard to switch from your iMac to your iPad, then to your iPod, and back. Maximise productivity whilst minimising clutter!

Star Theatre Planetarium - Firebox
Being the middle of winter, it's not really the weather for spending the evening stargazing , so why not bring the night sky indoors? Not only can you project a moving rendition of up to 10,000 stars across your ceiling or wall, you can use one of the included discs to show constellations and even add in the occasional random shooting star.
Pico Genie Pocket Projector - PersonalProjector
Ever wondered whether you can fit a theatre screen in your pocket? Look no further! The Pico Genie P50 has HDMI, VGA, and AV composite inputs, to allow connection to most computers and mobile phones. It also supports SD cards and USB inputs, so it doesn't need to be connected to anything to work. The built-in rechargeable battery should give around 2 hours of projection at up to 90" diagonal size, and there's a built-in speaker too!
